Annual Giving Campaign
Every child deserves a high quality education. At Waimea Country School, we are dedicated to engaging each child individually, encouraging a sense of responsibility, and promoting a lifelong love of learning.
Every dollar you contribute makes a direct and positive impact in the life of a child.
Different from giving to a large organization, your donation to our small, nonprofit school makes a direct impact on educational opportunities for children in our community.
The Online Silent Auction is held in the fall each year via the Bidding for Good website. Goods and services are donated from the many generous friends of the school in our community who support education.
All proceeds from this important fundraiser go directly to our Student Financial Aid Fund. Approximately one third of our families are granted an award from this fund, allowing a Waimea Country School education for a broad range of children.
Email us today for more information and to receive an invitation to the next auction.
Working in collaboration with community partners – such as the Blue Dragon, the Four Seasons, Tommy Bahamas, the Fairmont Orchid, the Mauna Kea, and others – we host a by-invitation-only party with live music, party games, pupus, drinks, and desserts, and a great time to be had by all.
Proceeds from this benefit go to individual programs, such as technology or the arts, to the Student Financial Aid Fund, or to general operations.
The last event was held at the Blue Dragon in Kawaihae on February 23, 2019. It was a night to remember!
